WTB Motherboard for E8400 C2D (LGA775) processor

UPDATE: Purchased a new one.

My Gigabyte motherboard EP45-UD3L has developed some issues. The PC is in a constant reboot cycle without the BIOS screen ever showing up. After a lot of internet search, it looks like the issue is with the motherboard. The PC did work for a hour or so in-between but rebooted again after BSOD.

So I am looking to buy just the motherboard which can support E8400 C2D processor. Please let me know if you are wiling to sell one. I am based in Bangalore. Thanks!!

does your mobo has DDR2 or DDR3? there is EP43T-USB3 mobo which can use your C2D plus will give you 16GB DDR3 + USB3 also.

I already have the RAM so I am only looking to buy the motherboard as of now. It's DDR2.
