CPU/Mobo Motherboard for i7 4790k ; budget under 30k

Hi everyone .
Just got an i7 4790k and 16 Gigs of Corsair Ram , would be using the system mainly for gaming and Autocad , what would be a good Motherboard under 30k for the purpose , obviously would not be using it for overclocking purpose .

an asus or msi z97 board will do. they both have a gaming line based on the z97 so those would be ideal.

Look into Maximus VII hero which should cost you around 23k... Also why not overclock a little when you already have a top of the line unlocked i7?
