Motherboard for Intel 478 socket and AMD soc A 462 pin

Friends, one of my friend want to buy a downloading rig. There are 2 people in this forum selling Intel 478 socket processor and AMD socket A 462 pin processor. If I can get MB for any one of these, it will be good. If any of you are selling the MB, please PM me.
