Hi all..

Looking for a Motherboard.

Intel or AMD

Requirements:

Form factor - Sizes upto to mATX. Nothing more.
SATA - Atleast 4 of em...6 preferred
Atleast 4 USB ports

No hardware issues. Should have all the back plates, cables and accessories available.
Some warranty preferred.

Motherboard...getting a new one. Not worth the price people are quoting me. Will get a new one for those prices. So getting a new Intel one itself.
