Motion sensors for Mobiles

Hello,

I require a program that will run on most video camera phones, such as nokia 6230 , sony erricson. This will probably be in JAva. the program should have the following features:-

Act as a security camera, so it should only record video when a motion or sound is detected, this should then trigger the phone to record video for a preset period of time , IE 5 mins etc.

The program should have settings for sensitivity, for both sound and video motion levels.
Does anyone has any idea about it?
 
isnt spycam for s60 mobiles something similar ??

or i think theres this other app...works on motion..takes snaps and stuff like tht.. had used it sometime back !!

will let u know if i can get the name !!
