Motorola today launched the third-generation Moto G in India. The mid-range smartphone is available in two storage variants — 8GB and 16GB — priced at ₹ 11,999 and ₹ 12,999 respectively. It will go on sale exclusively via Flipkart at midnight.
As far as specifications are concerned, the Motorola Moto G (third-generation) flaunts a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) display with a pixel density of 294ppi, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood is a 1.4GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor paired with Adreno 306 GPU. The 8GB variant features 1GB of RAM, while the 16GB variant features 2GB of RAM.
On the photography front, the smartphone features a 13-megapixel rear camera, which the company says is as good as the one on th Nexus 6. Up front is a 5-megapixel front facing camera. The smartphone also features microSD card slot, and a 2,470mAh battery, which the company claims is good enough for up to 24 hours of mixed usage.

IMO, Moto G first gen was best phone given to time period in 2013, 2nd and 3rd gen have failed to leave a mark.
