Android Moto G Bootloader Unlock Warranty ?

Is Motorola's Indian service centres allowing warranty for phones with unlocked bootloader ? I know that they can easily check if the bootloader is unlocked & deny warranty BUT are they actually doing it (checking bootloader status) ?
I'm asking this because I was able to get warranty for my Defy+ running on ICS/JB with no hassles.
 
You just have to take the chance. I know some guys who were able to get replacement/refund for unlocked phones from flipkart.
