the phone is in very good working condition there are only 2 cosmetic problems....one is a faint scratch mark on the back.. which is seriously not visible unless carefully looked upon here is the pics :

and the second is a little nick marks on the top.. which are also very small!! here is a pic

i would also trade it with samsung focus, any galaxy s variants except FASCINATE coz it cdma or please do make offers or anything better make your offer

officially its 2.2 froyo only.. but u can flash it with CM7 which has the latest 2.3.5 GB from XDA watch the youtube video i have uploaded... its the same phone for sale
