the phone is in very good working condition there are only 2 cosmetic problems....one is a faint scratch mark on the back.. which is seriously not visible unless carefully looked upon here is the pics :

officially its 2.2 froyo only.. but u can flash it with CM7 which has the latest 2.3.5 GB from XDA :) watch the youtube video i have uploaded... its the same phone for sale :)
 
hmm no man its kinda older model.... and its low on specs part also compared to defy what i want is any variant of galaxy s or any other os like wp7(focus or any other) or ios(maybe)
