Motorola Droid or Omnia HD or Omnia Pro B7610 or Omnia II

Hey all,
I am confused among these four Motorola Droid or Omnia HD or Omnia Pro B7610 or Omnia II smartphones.

MY BUDGET IS 17K MAX

Here are my requirements:

Good Quality Camera [Image stabilization, Autofocus, Clear Images]
Bright, Clear, 3.5"+ Touch Screen [With IPhone like operatability i.e. should work with slightest of touch]
Android or Windows Mobile Only
Good build quality, no known issues etc.

I am getting all the above cellphones used
Motorola Droid 1 Months Used @ 17K Without any Warranty and Memory card but with all accessories
Omnia II @ 13K With Some warranty left and all accessories 8 Months used
Omnia HD @ 16K With warranty left and all accessories 10 Months used
Omnia Pro @ 15 K With warranty left and all accessories 9-10 Months used

So which one of the above I should go for...My personal choice is Motorola Droid. But is it good for the price since no warranty and a memory card

Once again I need an Android or Windows Mobile phone only so if the above phones have other OS can it be hacked to run WinMo or Android ?

Also if there is another phone which i might be able to get a used version of it under 17K let me know.

Don't know about Omnia phones you have listed, but the Droid seems pretty Solid and the resolution is good. So I'd go with it. But again, this is from my limited experience/knowledge about the other phones you have mentioned.

Droid is pretty solid but the price i am paying for it esp since its without a warranty and a memory card is it totally worth it ?

if buying a winmo or android is not a must for u then skip all four and get samsung wave....or increase ur budget a little and get htc hero or legend.....else wait for some time and get galaxy 3 for ~12k

Thanks for the reply but i need an Android. [Dropped WinMo idea since Windows Phone 7 doesn't have backwards compatibility]

Droid ftw.... You might want to look for a cheap Moto Backflip if you want to try being different.
