It seems that Motorola is working on an update to the legacy RAZR M with a new and updated Razr M HD version. This new device simply builds on the older device, updating it into late 2012 standards for a upper mid-range smartphone running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean (Motorola recently updated their Droids with this newer version of Android from 4.0 ICS). Take the leaked specifications with a grain of salt.
Motorola Droid Razr M HD Specifications Leak
As you see, the device is a mix and match. The 3,300 mAh battery being a big surprise, as we would normally expect it to come with a Razr M HD MAXX version instead of the standard version. Never mind, this gives the device over 21 hours of talk time and 15 and a half days of standby (that's low, but talk time is amazing). This battery is Lithium Polymer type.
The CPU is a Snapdragon S4 Plus which is pretty powerful in it's dual core configuration. That with the Adreno 225 should easily power the 4.5" display carrying a HD resolution accounting for a 326 ppi pixels density, pretty good (I know I know, it's not 440 ppi like the Droid DNA).
