Jut came across Droid X on GSM Arena and now I want it. Can you guys tell me when is it going to launch in India and for how much or from where can I get it.

The first link you have posted is made for China and it is written "For China Telecom" at the top of the description on the page, second link is made for Verizon/USA CDMA network. That is the difference.

Since Verizon is selling it, I'm guessing its a CDMA phone. If so, theres no chance of it coming here unless TATA or Reliance start selling it here and seeing as neither of those companies are interested in bringing a CDMA smartphone here, I guess the chances are NIL.

Last CDMA smartphone being sold here was the HTC Diamond by Reliance afaik.

I dunno about that.

Btw you do realise that this is a CDMA phone right? Its not as simple as pop-the-sim-card-in-and-your-good-to-go, you need to get the ESN configured by Reliance/Tata for it to work on their networks which I believe is quite tricky.
