oh sheesh i been playing this game for couple of days and absolutely loving it ...

Mount&Blade

yes the graphics is crap and cut scenes with people involves text ...but its huge , no rules and one of the most realistic horse riding battle games that i have played ...very refreshing ..
 
i played it for a week

the game is still in alpha, just a handful of quests to talk about, same layout of towns,villages everywhere but the combat is godlike

levelup your character in the arena with a jousting pole or get an army together and attack raiders on the open plains :D

it's not anymore. the game has been released for sale.
 
the game has been on sale for years

the price increases every time a new version comes out and as it gets closer to version 1.0

if only we had rajnikanth's horse which could slide under trucks :P

the latest version is 1.003, gold master, out of beta, out of alpha... how many more ways to say it :bleh:

there's even a retail box of it - Amazon.com: Mount & Blade: Video Games

fairly sure that means it's out of alpha yea?
