Sujoy Roy, former professional gamer and owner of esreality.com has created an in depth mouse review testing many different mice to see the kind of speeds they can hold up to. very useful for anyone who wants to buy a mouse...

read the first 2 pages carefully as they are very important but the main thing to note is the Malfunction speed which is the point where the mouse starts skipping and the Perfect Control point which is where negative acceleration kicks in.

they will be adding everytime a new mouse comes in.

Repped, and saved the link for reading later because there is soooo much to go through :) Not bad however, both mice I use are in the top 10 :)

kinda surprising though that mx500 and 300 scored so high :D however that final chart isn't that important. they've rated CH above ie 3 and wmo only because of its high dpi which will suit high sens players. if you check the actual perfect control measurement and malfunction speed, it performances worse than the 2 MS mice.

Exactly, and I have the MX310 based on the same optical engine :D Wonder why he didn't test the MX310, maybe availability.

mx310 uses the G1 aka mx510 engine so it's there.. just in a different shell :) oops i think you're right.. im not sure if it uses 510 engine or 500.

edit : just oc'ed my wmo 1.1 to 1000hz. works fine.. mouse rate checker shows stable 950hz.. however, 250hz is enough to get rid of its negative accel :) im using 500hz now.

aaah MX518 is better than CH acc. to those charts:D.

every1 already knew that :)

although am surprised not to see the mx510 in the list. or did i miss it. cause it used the same sensor as the mx500 & was much lighter than the 500.

^mx510 uses a different sensor.. called "improved MX engine" :P the one that's used in the G1 which is there on that list. looks like the old sensor used in 500 and 300 is slightly better but then again, it won't make a difference in real gaming.

I landed up with this link while searching for the MS habu specs.
lol after reading the entire benchmark thing i finally realized that mouse can be overclocked :hap2: strange isnt it but it can be
there are around
17 top mices
outa which at all time the Logitech MX500 is toping each and everychart followed by the Logitech flagship MX518:hap2:
the tests showd the durability and stability of each and every mouse.
equipment used were ->Truntable,Steelpad QCK+, mouse was suspended by a claw like thing for stability.(u have to chk out the setup pretty impressive, someone going this far just to benchmark mices)
Each mouse was tested at 300rpm

Just go through the benchmarks (pg 21,22 final comparision of all the mouse present) and choose your mouse carefully:P

The mousescore benchmarks were posted here by ashr the day it released, and I've quoted it multiple times when someone has asked "which mouse?" :)
