Movie Help - on Grim Reaper

Hi Guys,

Need the name of an English Film which was released 3-6 years back, based on the Grim Reaper.
The Protagonist chases and fights a Grim Reaper who is about to consume the soul of his GF. The Ending is set in an abandoned hospital/sanitarium where he is almost killed by the repaer but fights back. Anyone remember the name of this film?

Sort of reminds me of The Frighteners but that is too old and the ending isn't as you described.
