or, you could setup a ftp server on the N13 and use the FTP streaming option in Dice player and that will work too.

I would love that. Dice player needs to be there on PC/laptop right ?

I was thinking like. Connect HD2 with N13 B1 on RJ45 (no wifi).. Use thumbdrive of N13 (downloaded movies) & stream on Asus HD2. Can this happen ?

Dice is an android app, if you have a cellphone or tab then that is one option.

Yes, it would be a basic network share.

Am beginning to have doubts that the N13 can ever be used as a client bridge

Repeater bridge as in extending to wireless clients -- yes
Using it as a super wifi adapter for wired clients -- no

And this is with dd-wrt, as the client bridge option does not seem to show up in the config settings.
