Moving away from BSNL, need options in Gurgaon

I have been using BSNL Broadband for the past many years. But lately it seems BSNL is only interested in increasing price without offering anything new. there has also been some billing issues, which has forced me to look for alternatives.

I checked with Nextra, but they dont service my location. I could possibly go for Airtel or reliance. I am wondering if there are any other good options?
My basic need is:

1-2Mb/s or above
around 30GB limit, after FUP should be atleast 512Kb/s
Good upload speed
Negligible downtime.

Budget is around ~2K/ month.


 
I recommend Tikona.. Me too transferred from BSNL after they increased the tarriff for my plan.

You can get the 2mbps plan for 799 (30 GB FUP, 512kbps thereafter).
 
You need to be wary of the signal strength at your place. The Tikona tower is 1 km from my place with no obstacles in between, hence I get 2mbps almost all the time**

Regarding the complaints, naysayers will be naysayers. One of my friend has been a subscriber for more than an year now. Never had any issues and on his recommendation I switched to Tikona.

For comparisn, BSNL increased the tarriff for 512 kbps plan to 800 pm and the damn thing had issues every week.. Was sick of calling the nearby office to get things sorted.

For the same money I know have a 2mbps plan. Actually for a rupee less.. ;)
