Mp3 Player....budget 3k

Ok...i know there's a similar topic below, but i didnt want to spam his thread.

on topic - my friends budget is strictly 3k

i told him go for the transcend t610 (or something similar), that has 1gb mem and costs around 3k.:cool2:

i dont know of any players,except the unbranded one's on ebay that cost 3k and pack in a decent sound n memory.

so kindly let me know in case u guys know of good players in that budget.

EDIT : just browsed some of the older threads, and the Transcend Tsonic 610 seems to be the only option in the budget...
 
Are the unbranded ones of ebay (they play videos too) good? Do we get them in the local market where we have a better opportunity to get some warranty?

I saw a 2GB mp4 player here for about 4.5k, with warranty. And the 1GB was about Rs2900. Comes in proper package and has warranty.

strange though that no other brands offer that sort of capacity for around 3k like transcend...

those unbranded ones are POS seriously, buy em and u need to be shot :bleh: they can stop working anytime :ohyeah:
