Help me mighty ones, this is what I need.

5000 Rs or under.
1GB (I can also live with 512 MB)
Has to be able to display txt files (IMPORTANT)
Good sound clarity
Headphones don't matter, will be using Creative EP 630 with it
Record voice (Not that important but would be handy)
Available in Delhi.
Can you guys think of anything? Thanks in advance.
