In my personal opinion MS in Singapore is worth it only in 2 Universities
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore - Global University of Excellence
NUS - National University of Singapore
Both are really good and come quite high in World Rankings in Engg
NUS is 9 link
NTU is 36 link
as per QS World University Rankings®, Course Guides & Study Information for Students & Parents | Top Universities
Its a very good option as fees wise it much cheaper and quality wise its very good
Plus is near India so travel expenses back home are quite less...
Job prospects after your degree is also very good although its not like US and its a different country with its advantages and disadvantages...
When you are planning for higher studies you should always consider what line you wanna pursue... Academic line with research as prime focus or a purely study coursework programme with main goal to get a job fast afterwards... Also MS CSc or MS IT is the most applied to programmes in any university and getting in might be a challenge...
You will have to get this things in order
1) GRE Score
2) TOEFL score
3) Statement of Purpose
4) Recommmendation Letters
5) Fees (GRE + TOEFL + University + Courier ) Its about 8-9k per university per application so if you wanna apply to 10 be ready to shell out around 1 lakh
