MS Excel Query

I have some addresses in an excel spread sheet which I need to be copied into a word file.

Let the pics do some explanation:

Word format pic:



In the similar format, I have about 222 address that I need to merge below the "To" part in the Word document. How can this be done in a faster way apart from copy-pasting everything manually?

Not sure how data from an Excel sheet can be read and copied on to a Word doc, with some formula.
