Hi,

Getting this ms-resource:Appname/text entry in the start tab

It should be removed by following this

Delete ms-resource:AppName/Text entry in Windows Start Menu

If you see ms-resource:AppName/Text or ms-resource:appDisplayName items in Start Menu All Apps in Windows 11/10, then you can remove it by following these instructions.

But I am not able to find explorer.exe process in the task manager. Any help?

In the 'Processes' tab, it'll be near the bottom, in the 'Windows Processes' category, listed as 'Windows Explorer'. In the 'Details' tab, it's listed as explorer.exe.

Thanks it seems to have been removed as of now. Will get back later if it comes back.
I am also seeing this optional features in the start panel. Clicking on it opens up the optional features window. When I click on uninstall it opens u the add/remove programs but optional features is not in the list. Is this normal?
