Expensive. New CPU, mobo, RAM & PSU will cost like ~25k. 22k for used 4060 is not worth it, considering a new 4060 starts around 27k (even lower on some sales).

FYI I recently sold in TE my out of warranty i5 12400 + B660M + 2x16GB RAM for 15k.

IMO ask the seller to bring down prices, say to at least 40k, else put in like 65k for a new build with 2x16GB RAM & 9060XT 16GB (original part list excludes cabinet & cooler, included 12400F for calculation).

Under 75k rig:

I generally don't recommend CPUs w/o iGPUs but you can get 12400F instead to save 3-4k.

I will get that ram + mobo + 12400f in 25k? My calculations are all putting me atleast at 30k for a bare minimum b760m that wont fry itself (had 2 mobos fry themself on me so a little traumatized), and basic ram

On that note, you are prolly talking about ddr4. Makes sense. I already have some ddr4 components left over so this might be the best call. Do you guys think its okay to pair 13500 that I'm getting in a DDR4? Will that limit my cpu performance significantly?

Even a high end mobo can get fried if you are unlucky. That Mortar mobo I linked is good enough for even i5 13400, but for gaming you gain nothing worthwhile by spending extra on 13400 over 12400. For productivity, there are decent gain for the 2-3k extra.

12400F (9k) + Mortar mobo (10k) + 2.5k for 16GB RAM & 4.5k for PSU makes it 26k for new parts.
