I thought about the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard but it does not support ddr3 ram upto 1660Mhz as I am having a g-skill 4 gb ddr3 1660 ram.

No issues, the RAM will clock-back to ~1333MHz and for the count the processor you have currently (Sempron 140) also doesn't support for RAM speeds over 1333MHz.

You meant to say DDR3 1600mhz ram,It'll clock back to 1333mhz and you'll be fine with that mobo.

ddr3 ram upto 1660Mhz as I am having a g-skill 4 gb ddr3 1660 ram.
