CPU/Mobo MSI board burnt

As shown in pic one ic of the board has burnt and service center(chandigarh digilink) guy refuse to repair it as its beyond repair.I couldn't find any contact info on msi site.What to do?

i just want this board repaired so could someone give contact info of better service center?

i would like to repaired it from authorized service center as its in warranty
