My friend bought MSI CR620(as per my recommendation:hap2 in SP road@ blue chip corporation for 31900 /net. I hope this is a good dealhyeah:

Oh no i3 model and CR 620 doesn't have ATI, its intel one.

MSI Global ? Computer, Laptop, Notebook, Desktop, Mainboard, Graphics and more

Complete config=> i3, 2GB DDR3, 15.6, 320GB

I think Acer 5740 would be a better deal.

My cousin recently purchased an Acer 5740 with core i3, 3GB DDR3, 320gb, Intel X4500 for 32k.
