CPU/Mobo MSI P45 Neo-F - any problems?

I have ordered MSI P45 Neo-F (+E8400) and expecting it within two days. But there seems to be lot of complaints on the web reg the mobo, for eg., @ newegg.com like difficulty in Bios update, problems with Nvidia cards etc. Those of you using it pl post their own personal experiences.
 
Updated the BIOS to latest using MSI online updates...
No problems went smoothly...

No problems so far with E7200 and PALIT 7600GT SONIC...
No reboots , on system Halts what so EVER....

What exactly have you heard...:huh:

Does not boot with Nvidia G card if with default Bios 1.3, Cannot update bios with pen drive or Cd (only floppy) and with the Nvidia problem, can't boot into windows and so can't update online etc. Also problem with RAMS higher than 800, which btw I am not bothered with.

Edit:- Also heard that older Nvidia drivers may work.
