One of the Twin Frozr Fans not working (common problem with MSI Twin Frozr II grahics cards). Fans can be purchased from Ebay though (can be easily replaced). Even though one of the Fans not working, the card works flawless, the temps are also not affected. Idles @ 45-48 and Loads @ 70s, (that's how it has been since beginning, these cards were known for running hot). One can also avoid buying the Fans from Ebay and instead use a 80mm / 90mm fan by keeping it on the top of the PCB or can even use a PCI Slot Fan to blow air / provide better air circulation from the bottom.
Have no box no nothing, just Anti-Static plastic bag that came with it, had to chuck its box and covers as it was insanely huge and was not possible to carry / travel with other luggage.
