A new internal Build of MSN Messenger 7 - 7.0.0814 has just leaked. Main Improvements made in this build seem to be speed/performance improvements. MSN Messenger 7.0.0814 meant for internal eyes only has been leaked to the public but without a decent installer, just the application and its .DLLs.
Things like loading and signing in are much faster now and scrolling through your contact list looks smoother than before, especially when enabling large thumbnails.
What's New?
- A planned option to disable the restriction on file extensions, yet greyed-out.
- A new Promote buddy button in the conversation window, probably for MSN Messenger content promotion or a ranking system for your buddies, like AIM's warnings?
- An "Always on top" button has been added to the top right of your contact list window when viewing it without toolbar. Good way to stay focused!
