Mtnl 590 NU speeds lowered?

Hi.. I have been using the 590NU plan since 2 yrs. It is supp 2 having speeds of upto 256 kbps. But between June & August they actually were giving speeds of upto 2 mbps. I would d/l at 200 kbps.. Awesome!! But then Sep onwards I never exceeded d/l speed of 26 kbps.

Has anyone else also notice the same thing or is it just with me???

I thik speeds have been lowered for evryone... Maninly because MTNL has a new plan 849 NU(..i think) that gives 2 mbps speeds...

not in all areas i still get almost 2 mbps
