MTNL Broadband plan in Navi Mumbai

Hi,

Planning to take the cheapest MTNL plan of 450 "DSL_Unlimited_450". I reside in Seawoods West, Navi Mumbai. Some queries if anyone can answer.

1. What are the initial charges
2. I want Wi-Fi router so should I buy or they will provide it
3. What is the day download limit for this plan
4. How good is the MTNL broadband connection
5. Any other option for under a budget of Rs 500 with night unlimited.

Today I inquired at MTNl office located in Nerul...1st they argued that you will have to take landline 1st then we will provide you Broadband plan...then after inquiring my area... They say in my locality (Seawoods West) MTNL services are yet not launched...it will take some time.
So MTNL is now out of consideration.

Now will check with local cable operator or Tikona...

Any other services available in Navi Mumbai..specially in Seawoods area
