Any website that does recharge for MTNL Delhi without charging any extra processing fees etc? I tried PayTM.com but the recharge was not successful somehow.
Are you looking for an online 3G data recharge? I have been able to do a talktime recharge for MTNL at PayTM.com a couple of times, but never had luck with 3G data recharges..
