MTNL LAN Connection..?

Hey my internet provided my cablewala allows my frnds to be in a LAN(Local Area Network) Conncetion...So u using tat they get really high speeds...:hap2: even though the net speed mite b just abt 10kbp max..:bleh:

Even Sify has a LAN connection rgt....

So is it possible to setup a LAN connection in MTNL...:huh:
 
it is possible to set up lan.. but then.. afaik the last time someone tried it.. the speeds were still @ 256kbps and the data been exchanged was still counted(if u download anything during daytime on lan that is)...

so forget abt LAN on mtnl... for even if you do setup lan like that of say sify.. the speeds would still be the same, cause the speed is set at the exchange for every person so they would have to change that i think to enable u to get higher speeds...:P
