MTNL line disconnection

i like dint pay the bill on time and one day suddenly my triband dint work as well as line. i rushed to the tel. exchange cleared my payments. and asked them about the time it will start they told me that it will start at arnd 5 pm
(i pad the bill at 2pm) at 5 the line started but the Triband isnt woking iam getting the dsl light constant, ethernet light constant but the internet line is down it just blinks one time and then it doesnt blink at all. its 24 hrs till now and iam realy fustrated its 2 months since the connection and i never got a disconnection... plzzz help what to do, they saw it takes some day some say line kharab hain godd mtnl..
 
^^ Cross check with them whether they have activated the internet on your line. It seems they did start your telephone line for calls but triband was not activated again. Call 1503 (IIRC) and tell them, they should solve it.
 
Dial 198 & book complaint... if you are lucky... will start BB in minutes else visit Local Exchange Office.
 
yea it go activated but the hard way, i went to the chief engineers office at midc marol. and requested to plss on it he, speaking in marathi comes handy sometimes (iam gujrati) he immediately activated adls from the server room and he said its ok now i called my sis and she said its working just 5min far frm my place and half and hour of post and pillar and here iam happy wid my net.. but wat if i had called their 1504 i gurantee they wud hv come in 4 to 6 days time. one said ur line has gone short circuit other says your computer has virus. this is the funniest. this guy says earthing problem in ur house i said ok boss aap fone rakhye uske pehley aap ka earthing bigaar du ( kidding never mess with mtnl )
