Frequent disconnection from last 1 month.
Lots of complaint online, all complaints deleted automatically without any "All OK" call from MTNL. They remove my docket numbers from database without confirming with me about service (complaint solved or not).
Finally today I called one Top Person in Local MTNL office & within 5 minutes got call from MTNL giving excuses that I use 2 mb it means I have no problem.
When explain him that there is frequent disconnection/hang etc. etc. he finally agree that there is problem from SERVER (I think when MTNL WORKERS fail to find any fault using their Highest Technical Knowledge they SIMPLY blame SERVERS )
Any of you- MUMBI- MTNL user face any such problem? Whom to contact now? Local Exchange Broadband Head blames server.....
