Shouldnt they be discounting first then raising the rates? Base rate increase + ST 14% + possible 2% extra of Swach Bharat Fund = Bye bye.

Hi. Thanks for the heads up.

Could anyone suggest good alternatives to Mtnl Mumbai for unlimited broadband usage at decent speeds (ie 2mbps & above)? Been having connectivity issues with mtnl recently & am thinking of switching over.

In my building all have shifted to ion internet .They charge 4800 for 6 months 10 mbps speed upto 300gb after that 2 mbps..And since we are new 2 months extension applicable.But i doubt once the period ends they will show their true color.Plus once i exit mtnl the same plan wont be on offer as most of the unlimited plans are closed and new one are FUP based.

Great, still no unlimited 2Mbit plans. All I see is an increase in the rates and some minor increase in the FUP data usage. Looks like we'll have to wait another decade for a proper revision.
