AFAIK, since Aug 15 when MTNL upgraded all their plans, they scrapped the 256 kbps UL. Do they still have that on Combo plans you mean?

These plans really suck, bcause i hv one
everyone out der is getting unlimited @ 256 Kbps in less dan Rs 500/- n we r paying dis much
god knows when they r gonna introduce a really nice tariff plan :no::no:
Does anyone know a better plan in goregaon (west) ??

the Unlimited plan sux totally, only plan in UL which seems worth is 1mbps plan, rest totally rip-off.
For pure downloaders mtnl has only 2 plans worth to look at
1) 849 NU
2) 1mbps UL
