MTNL Mumbai upgrades speed of all 4 triband Unlimited plans

Speed of all four triband unlimited plans are being made double the existing speed with effect from 15 Aug 2009 at the same tariff. Line conditions of existing 2MB may not support 4MB speed in few cases. You have to get it checked in this case....
