Mtnl Triband problem

I just got a mtnl connection.I am facing a lot of problem it takes lot of time to connect.I have to leave it on for 30 mins then it will work.I asked helpline they are saying it is a problem with new users with usernames ending by "@".
I am pasting my routers log. is anyone facing a similar problem ?

My username and password for pppoe are correct.

Request them to change user name, why don't you keep the default "admin" as user name?
 
I am not talking about the router username which is default admin only this is the username which we use for pppoe connection and is feeded in to the router......and is given by mtnl

hmmmmm,

I fill my telephone number as username and Customer Account Number as password. See attach image, if didn't help wait for some other members reply. :)
