5) 12 hours usage, should be giving decent power efficiency but not the worst.

Do not want to buy Asus product as I heard the after sales service in India is pathetic.

Plz suggest a good LCD of 22 inch, I am thinking of BenQ currently.
I play games like GTA4, BC2, saboteur, Napolean: Total war, COD MW2,
Arkham Asylum, Assasin's creed 2, Ashes09, NFS, Star wars series. LOTR series.

Mainly, let tell something about myself, I am a blogger. I will be using my system for atleast half a day and need a peaceful quiet processor but also powerful- performance wise because I will be using FireFox with nearly 15-20 tabs open, Office2010, some softwares like winRAR or winZIP, Vuze, BitTorrent, screen shot software in the background along with some 10 windows open. Suggest a good PSU. I do blogging and writing work most of the times, But when I am done, Want to play some games rather than sulk around.:P Pllzzz help with good ups also

Last i heard it was around 10k but tht was like a month ago... guessed it woudl have cme down... even if u keep the price at 10k the comps just abt 50k :D

For this configaration get an APC 650 VA atleast can get even the 800 VA if it falls in the budget :)

Get a Corsair XMS3 1600MHz CL9 4GB kit form Mediahome for just 5.4k :) RAM prices have dipped in the past few weeks.

Any particular reason you went with the 880G chipset motherboard? Did you enquire if you can find a Gigabyte board with a similar chipset?
 
The GTX460 768MB are raining in TE :D Grab a POV GTX 460 768MB ~ 11k (3 yrs warranty) or the Palit GTX 460 768MB ~ 10.75k (2 yrs warranty) instead of the HD5770 as it just about fits in ur budget.

As there is recent price drop in Intel procy

why not go for Intel 920

Its is way higher when compare to amd procy

I know you need some extra buck

but you will get what u pay for

The problem with this suggestion is it throws the current budget in a limbo as well as the i 7 920 is being phased out with the i 7 930 all of which roughly correspond in performance with the AMD 1090T B.E. hexa core and the platform price goes WHOOOOOOSH through the rough, while performance improvement is at a measly 10 %
