Multi split ACs

Hi ,
I was looking for a AC for 2 bedrooms this summer and came across multi split ACs (These are split ACs with single outdoor unit and 2 or more indoor units.)

1. Is anyone using such kind of ACs and can provide any feedback on these kind of ACs?
2. I know, in india, Hitachi has one model (Atom+ One) and LG also has one. Are there any other brands selling multi split ACs? As usual, which one is recommended?
 
^^ Me too looking for the same info.

Also, does it have any affect on the power consumed ? Higher or lower or makes no difference whatsoever ?
