@gREen here is what I suggest --

Intel Core i7 3770 ~18000/- OR Core i5 3550 ~13000/-
ASUS P8H77-V ~9500/- OR GIGABYTE-B75M-D3H ~4500/-
Corsair Vengeance 4GB x2 1600MHz ~3000/- (add more RAM later)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB ~4200/-
Corsair Carbide 400R ~5500/- (no need for a full-tower, this shall do fine)
MICROSOFT Sidewinder X4 ~2000/- OR LOGITECH G105 ~2700/- (for the backlit requirement)
LOGITECH G400 / G300 ~1500/-
APC BR800VA-IN ~3600/- (contact APC India for local pricing and closest retailers / distributors)

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

Your 550W SMPS should do fine for a graphics card later as well.

Rather do not go down the AMD path because AMD and Intel performance is very similar in multi-threaded applications (AMD being slightly stronger of the two) but the former is vastly inefficient; the AMD processors have a ~125W -->95W TDP while competing Intel processors take in only ~80W of power.

Intel Core i7 3770 (stock) vs. AMD FX-8350 -- Benchmark run
Intel Core i5 3570 (stock) vs. AMD FX-8350 -- Benchmark run II
Intel Core i5 3570 (stock) vs. AMD FX-8320 -- Benchmark run III

About RAM just get 4GB x4 Vengeance RAM modules instead of two. OR you can look at these kits --
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL) | Ram | Flipkart.com
G.Skill RipjawsZ DDR3 16 GB (4 X 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-17000CL11Q-16GBZL) | Ram | Flipkart.com

For CPU cooler, go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO / Hyper T4 ~2500/-.

Hope this helps, Cheerio!
