Multiple appliances required

Hi,

We bought a new flat. Looking for appliance suggestions within my budget. Please suggest something from your area of expertise/usage.

1) ACs: 2.5L

- 3x 1 Ton AC
- 2x 1.5 Ton AC

Considering:

- Full 5-year warranty
- 3 vs 5 star rating?
- 2025 BEE ratings (if substantially better than previous)

2) Fridge: 60K

Considering a 600L side-by-side fridge from Haier. Our current 385L double door is only 50% full as we keep a lot of stuff on the Dining Table. Wondering if we need 600L or if the family just wants it for show. Looking for feedback here.

3) Gas Stove: 20K

We have this and want to upgrade. https://shop.ttkprestige.com/prestige-desire-hobtop-phtd-04-ai-4-burners40578.html

Looking for something better than this. Maybe 3 burners with larger burners or auto-off functionality.

4) Chimney: 20K

I don't know much about it. Suggest the best in my budget.

5) Bathroom Heater:

I had a poor experience with a Racold 2KW storage water heater. It takes a long time to heat water for usage in shower. An instant water heater with 3KW heats water quickly. I'm confused. What do you suggest?

6) RO: 20K
I have this and am satisfied with it. https://www.zerobonline.com/product/kitchenmate-rouf-under-the-sink-purifier/

Should I buy the same RO model again, consider a rental, or go for a locally assembled one with low service costs?

7) Robo Vaccum Cleaner: 25K

Looking for a Robo Vac with LIDAR and good after-sales support.
Considering Xiaomi X10, but it's out of stock at Amazon.

8) Air Purifier: 20K

What a ripoff. Companies are selling a simple mechanical thing for inflated prices. Considering Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Pro.
I might buy more for my home after testing a product. Suggest 2: one with a PM sensor, one without to save money. Running one will give enough idea of the PM values.

9) TV: 1.5L

I need 3 TVs and am considering:
- TCL 75 inch (70K) (Non 120hz or qled/oled panel as those will increase the budget)
- 2x Motorola 65 inch (40K)

10) Microwave Oven + OTG: 20K

11) Ceiling Fan: 42K

I need 7 fans. They must be BLDC and look good. If good-looking fans are expensive, I can put 2 expensive ones in the living room and cheaper ones in the bedrooms and kitchen to fit them within the budget.

12) Smartlock Dilemma?

Should I get a safety door? I'll need two smartlocks if I do.

I was going to get a video doorbell, a smart lock, and CCTV for the front door. But now I can get all that in one smartlock with video doorbell functionality. https://www.amazon.in/LAVNA-Fingerprint-Mobile-Manual-Bluetooth/dp/B0CFLT4X5F/

I can also rely on the floor passage CCTV cameras (managed by society).

when getting an AC check for something like a convertible AC that can run at 40% load, the power consumption are really really low , i have a 5star panasonic 1Ton AC and running it for 10hrs a day consumes around 4kWh. model: CS/CU-NU12ZK5W 2024.

Considering my experiences from the past year, I would recommend the Panasonic 5-star convertible inverter AC and the Urban Company RO water purifier.

My experience with Crompton Energion BLDC fans is also not bad but had to get them serviced to work properly, for which the 5-year warranty is helpful.

On the other hand, completely disappointed with Ecovacs robotic vacuum cleaners as the software from my experience was plain rubbish.

I am also looking at ACs, dont know much about them.

Sharp ones seem interesting, they launched recently. Some models have 7 years comprehensive warranty, 1.5 ton only. Japanese/Taiwanese company if that means anything.
They had good service for my dehumidifier in Mumbai.

These 2 are 5 star ones with 7 years comprehensive warranty. Not sure whats the diff between these two. Dual inverters is all i see, but same ISERR of 5.15, so does it matter?

Other than this, i have head that LG has best service since they have their own people do it ( was the same for Sharp in my case ) and Mitsubishi/ogeneral has the best hardware.
Dunno where sharp stands whats the actual diff.

8) Air Purifier: 20K
I am very happy with Ikea starkvind. Got for 13k, last diwali sale it went to 5k. Filters at 1 k are cheap and its effective. Allergy more or less gone for me and asthma much much better.

Makes sense.
Looking at below ( see table at the bottom), efficiency at 50% load is almost 50% better vs 100% load.
~460w for ~2600w cooling vs ~1300w for 5200w cooling.

Wish someone would test these things the way we get testing of pc components.
