I want a graphics under 9-10 k,prefer rx 580 or 480 8gb,but can go upto 11k if it's 1070.

Psu range is about 5k,prefer psu with some warranty.Psu range should be in the range 550w-750w.

Water cooler of 120mm around 2.5k.Price can go up if it is rgb.I mostly looking for deep cool 120m v2 rgb.
