Multiple questions on Nokia 5800

Hello guys,

Question 1:

first of all i downloaded some softwares and themes and i am not able to see it in file manager. what procedure is there to install the applications from memory card?

i dont see those files on memory card. so how to install apps?

Question 2:

Installed latest firmware V20. how to unlock protected item? when i play protected item, it shows, do you want to activate now? i click yes and browser opens but nothing happens after that. ( i have GPRS activated)

Please help

1) use nokia pc suite to d/l software to ur pc and then install it, using the install applications fonction.
2) Known issue. do read older threads posted here before asking for solutions.

AFAIK you should go to a Nokia care centre,they will take care of your second problem
