What will be your primary usage for the notebook be?

• Android studio development/regular web browsing, multimedia consumption, some coding etc

What size and weight considerations do you have?

• Flexible on this but preferably 15.6" and light weight

Any brand that you prefer, or any brand that you detest?

• Prefer Dell

Any other considerations?

• Ubuntu or dos based system is a must
• yes - 8GB RAM with one empty slot for upgrading
• i5, 8th gen or better
• There may be a slight flexibility on the price range.

Probably a bit difficult for get i5 in that price. These are the two nearest options I found:

Dell Inspiron (46k, i3 10th Gen and 4GB ram)

Asus Zenbook (46k, i5 8th, 8GB ram)
