Music not Found on Nokia E63

Hey guys
I have a Nokia E63 and i have put around hundred song in my phone but none of them are detected in the music player. I have tried to convert to a compatible format with a lower bit rate. I formatted the memory card, tried a different memory card and even updated the firmware. I can't find anything that is left undone.
Please guys lemme know if you got any solution.

Take it to the nearest priority center.

i play with other music player but its fine with them.

Launch Music Player-->Options-->Refresh

Happened to me once, The above steps solved the issue...

lols. I did the refresh and it kept scanning the whole night and not even a single track was added.

IIRC Nokia phones now only search the MUSIC folder for any sound files. Did you try moving the music files to that folder and then pressing refresh?
