None of them are cosmetic addons.. :P

I am using ~22 addons but mentioned only those which improve functionality... Customization for looks is pretty personal choice... :)

I use Fireshot, which is better than this one. The best part is, you can also use Fireshot in IE. A separate version is available for it. :)

My recommended addons are:

Download Statusbar - A slim statusbar, instead of a separate irritating window!

FireGestures - Use your mouse to control each and every action

ImgLikeOpera - Can block all the images or a particular image in the websites.

unMHT - Lets you to save the files in .mht format.

1.U Install the xmarks Add on

2.u r directed Towards xmarks.com

3.U register witha Username,PW and pin

4.Ur Stored passwords Start to get Syncd

5.Any Time U Add another Bookmark It gets Syncd automatically

In case of another PC

1.Install Ff (duh!)

2.install xmarks add-on

3.Login

4.Sync

5.U Now Got ur bookmarks Added to this FF :)

Nifty,Aint it???
 
In addition to above, here are some other useful add-ons that I use:-

ChatZilla -- ChatZilla is a clean, easy to use and highly extensible IRC client, built on the Mozilla platform.

Echofon -- Best Twitter add-on for firefox.

Menu Editor -- Rearrange or remove menu-items from the main context menu. I don't like my messy menu.

PageZipper -- As you scroll down a page, it automatically adds the next page to the bottom of the page you’re on. Great for viewing image galleries, googling.. etc.
 
Started using some more add-ons:-

CyberSearch -- Adds advanced Google Search capabilities to the Firefox 3 address bar. Supercharge the Address Bar with instant search results that appear as you type!

iMacros -- Record and replay repetitious work.
