MX 5021 Crisis?!?!

Well i have a diff prob altogether with my MX. Got one a month back and now the sub casing is cracking open on the left corner. Looks like i need to get a carpenter to make me a new case. Wonder what wood quality will be suitable.
 
it seems that quality of MX 5021E has been seeing a decline these days.
But hey experts,,one important 'Q':
DOES MX 5021 has surge protection for voltage fluctuations and severe power cuts..?????????????????????????????
 
to be honest, you dont need surge protection for voltage fluctuations and power cuts. Its there to prevent power spikes from lightning etc ....
 
But however, during low voltages I've seen only the bass levels getting played from my MX. The satellites remain dumb. :lol:
 
the Rashi peripherals has already tested and checked my MX-5021 two times once in front of my dealer and once in front of me.
both of the times,they said that speakers are perfectly Ok.
they say that,,since i had screwed back the speakers,,so they cant check or percieve any defect.

They are asking me to write a letter to the company,,and they will send it to the RMA centre ,,and replacement may not be possible,as the RMA centre would check and might not give the replacement since there's no defect in the piece."as quoted by the Rashi people
BAsically they are urging me to take the system back.

SO,what do I do now guys,,Iam awaiting a quick response.
As I have been into thick of these things since two weeks,and I have got pretty bored with this.
I had called for replacement on the advise fellow enclavers,,though I was satisfied with it's performance
 
^^if u wer satisfied with the performance get it back...i got my mx n m not at all satisfied with the bass m gettin...wen i keep it at 5 and volume over 60% the woofer makes such disgustin sound...it feels like the cone is torn and the drivers are striking somewer....much of vibration in heavy songs...:(

No the speakers do not have any surge protection my speakers stopped working there was not power input at all though it was connected to a surge protector , had taken to Raashi today and they said some thing got burnt inside due to voltage fluctuation,btb my remote wasnt working properly :@ i mean i had to point the remote to the control pod only then i could change volume but the new one i got i can point it in any direction and change the volume.This is the 2nd time i had problems with the speakers 1st issue was that they were sounding crappy out of box was so pissed off Saiyan helped in RMA ing kudos to him :clap: and now something got blown up inside it ,i guess i have to use a voltage stabilizer can someone suggest the same at a decent price:huh:,i did ask the Raashi folks why are the speakers of inferior quality when the earlier ones were of very superior quality ,they couldn utter a word :@

i got by my speakers back!haah..two weeks without music...it feels bliss now!!
 
how are the speakers working :huh: ,god alone knows why AL's are becoming the craps these days ,even i had to RMA my speakers on day one ,why dont we go ahead and write mail to AL regarding the degradation of the quality of speakers ,will that make any kind of difference ??
 
they are working fine.but i dont think we as individuals writing mail would make any difference..
as rashi guys are pretty adamant
but if it goes by the letterhead of Techenclave,, citing the woes ,,,it may make the difference...
