Do you have the adapter for Cold cathode tube? Its of which brand?
I still have them but the adaptor went dead years ago!

I think it is sunbeam. I've had a few over the years, they all have the same starter/adapter. Sadly, I can't sell that as it would render my tube useless.
 
That nano doesn't have a water mark, it is most likely the battery which has swelled up. It can still be fixed tho, but likely a headache.
