Hi, I got the DBPower N5 Pro 4K action camera from the US last year. I tried it right after purchase and thought I'd use it soon. But ended up letting it sit in its original box for over a year now. I just took it out now and tried it and it won't turn on. I thought the battery must have dried up so I charged the battery fully and tried again. It turned on for a bit but went dead again. It's really iffy. At first I thought maybe the batteries are dead. Btw it came with 2 batteries and one of them was left in the camera itself and the other one was in a plastic bag. But neither of them turn it on fully. And also the camera is supposed to turn into a storage device if I connect it to the PC even without a battery. It happens only sometimes. So this makes me think that the camera itself is at fault.
I really want it to work! It's basically a INR4000 unit that is basically brand new but is dead. The warranty expired too. So need to get this to work. Any advice?
